PAI (Population Action International) proudly participates in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) and the Community Connections Campaign (CCC). Both are workplace giving campaigns that provide employees the opportunity to support IRS-approved charitable organizations in a simple and efficient way.
The CFC is the official workplace giving campaign of the federal government. It runs Sept. 9, 2019 through Jan. 12, 2020. During the charity drive, federal employees—including postal, military and retirees—can donate to one or more designated nonprofit organizations. You can support PAI in the CFC by donating through the CFC Giving Portal. Our CFC number is 12422.
The CCC is the World Bank Group (WBG) annual workplace giving campaign for staff, consultants and retirees to donate to participating nonprofits. The CCC runs from Nov. 1 through Dec. 19, 2019. If you are a current WBG employee, you can make your donation through the World Bank’s in-house pledging system, e-Give. For retirees, short-term consultant/temporary (STC/STT) staff and contractors who would like to support PAI, you may do so by filling out a separate pledge form.
This year, all donations to PAI through the CCC will be eligible for a match from the World Bank, making your dollars stretch even further!
Why Donate to PAI?
When you support PAI through the CFC and CCC, you are ensuring that women and girls receive the proper sexual and reproductive health they rightly deserve. Using your donations, PAI will continue to promote universal access to high-quality reproductive health and rights through research, advocacy and innovative partnerships. We partner with local civil society organizations in developing countries to remove roadblocks between women and the services and supplies they need. Your donations through the CFC and CCC will enable us to work in sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia and Latin America and the Caribbean.
In 2019 alone, PAI has worked with over 50 partners in more than 20 countries in sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia and Latin America and the Caribbean to support their sexual and reproductive health and rights advocacy efforts with more than $3.8 million in grants.
As an independent organization that does NOT accept government funding, your support will enable PAI to continue ensuring women have access to reproductive health care and rights.
Please consider donating to PAI through the CFC and CCC to help support and create a better future for women and girls. Contributions may be tax deductible, but donors should consult with their tax advisors about the deductibility of their donations.
