Since 1965, PAI has fought tirelessly to expand access to family planning and reproductive health care for women everywhere. The Trump-Pence administration has ushered in a new era of attacks on women’s rights, from the imposition of Trump’s expanded Global Gag Rule to proposals to zero-out U.S. foreign assistance for family planning. Despite these unprecedented attacks, PAI is ready to stand with women and girls globally.
