Taryn Couture conducts research across PAI’s priority areas with a focus on financial tracking and analysis for sexual and reproductive health. Prior to joining, PAI Taryn was a health scientist at Palladium Group, where she supported the creation of two family planning Costed Implementation Plans (CIPs) and developed accompanying gap analysis and costing tools. Taryn earned a Master of Public Administration from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy, University at Albany in 2012. She also holds undergraduate degrees in public policy and gender studies from the University at Albany.
