Shilpa supports regional partners in improving access to reproductive health services in Latin America and the Caribbean. She has worked at the intersection of public health and women’s rights since 2011. Prior to PAI, Shilpa worked in gender-based violence prevention and reproductive rights in Guatemala and Mexico, most recently with the Women’s Justice Initiative. She holds a M.Sc. in Development Studies from the London School of Economics, focused on sexual and reproductive health and post-conflict violence.
